libfribidi-bin software package provides Free Implementation of the Unicode BiDi algorithm (utility), you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libfribidi-bin
libfribidi-bin is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libfribidi-bin package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libfribidi-bin *
You will get with libfribidi-bin package name, version, architecture and description in a table
